CENTRALIZING THE EOD OPERATIONS WITH EFFECT FROM 1ST APRIL 2016

Centralised EOD is proposed to be implemented from Monday i.e. 4th April 2016. Please instruct all concerned to follow the instructions below:

The central team will execute the menu pertaining to EOD from Level-2.

1. Level-0 HISCOD will continue to be executed by respective post offices
2. Level-1 HSCOD will be executed by the CPCs to ensure that the date change for all the SOLs are completed for the circle and then they can send an email to cbscept.eod@gmail.com
3. As and when circles completes HSCOD CPCs an email may please be sent and they can leave CPC.
4. If the CPCs are completing HSCOD of their circle, they should not leave the CPCs abruptly.
5. All other two steps of EOD and three stages of DC closure will be completed by centralised CEPT team and circulate the completion to the CPCs on daily basis.
