HOLDING OF THREE-DAY DHARNA ALL OVER THE INDIAN RAILWAYS ON 19-21 JANUARY, 2016 AS PER DECISION OF THE NJCA

As all of you are aware that, owing to retrograde recommendations of the VII CPC and non-resolving of long pending legitimate demands of the Central Government Employees and the Railwaymen, the NJCA had decided to launch three-day dharna in the State Capitals of all the industrial installations all over the country jointly with the NJCA Constituents on 19-21 January, 2016.

In this connection, it is requested that, wherever Branches of your union can easily participate in joint dharnas in the State Capitals, they should participate in masses, and on other places, three day-massive dharna on the above-mentioned dates should be staged at the Branch and Divisional levels jointly with the NJCA Constituents.
