Focus Your Mind!

T.G.I.F.! - The Goal Is FREEDOM!
What is it that you think about the most? Focus on? Dream About?
To have success with anything that you would like to accomplish in life all begins with what you are thinking and focusing on.
The sad thing is that most people don't care about what they're thinking, what they put in their mind, they have no focus.
"You will become that which you think about most of the time." I live by these words, and let my thoughts and my focus have a tremendous impact on me and on those with whom I've worked with.
I heard these words early on in my career, and it has helped me build a strong base for my career and for my success. The basis of all self-help materials is that you must have a healthy self-image, or attitude about yourself, in order to succeed. You must write out your goals and think about them and focus on them! Every single day!
Your thoughts are reflected in your attitude. If you think about failure, rejection and pain, your attitude will be negative. It makes it difficult to get out of bed in the morning. How many people will want to work with you, or follow you if you cannot express a positive attitude about what you do to earn your living? I guarantee you it won't be many.
The fact is, if you think and focus on those negatives thoughts to often, you will become comfortable with the negative thoughts and results. Then, it won't bother you to fail. You will accept failure and think to your self, "Yep, that's just what I expected to happen."
However, before you get to comfortable, I would suggest you make a change in your career, change your thoughts, change your focus! Failure and accepting failure will not feed or cloth your family or you!
To counteract being comfortable with negativity, you must work on your thinking! Change your thoughts, change your focus, change your life! When you find yourself thinking negative thoughts, when you find yourself worrying or feeling anxiety about facing rejection, change your thinking! Think to yourself, "I will not allow this to happen, I will succeed, I will be successful." Force yourself to turn your thinking and thoughts around.
It will not be easy, and you will have to work on it for some time! Eventually with enough time and focus, those negative thoughts eventually be pushed out by the positive and soon it will be uncomfortable when you start to think negative.
Then you will be free to become one of the most positive and high achievers in your field. You'll think more about giving service than receiving income. As Tom Hopkins says... "the income you earn is little more than a scoreboard reflection of the service you give." Or Zig Ziglar "You can have anything in the world that you want if you help enough people get what they want."
Soon you will become comfortable only with positive achievement, recognition and acceptance. You will become so uncomfortable with failure, that it, too, has become a motivator for you.
Once you have achieved a state of thinking positively you will believe more strongly in what you are doing. So begin today to take the steps necessary change your thinking. Practice, drill and rehearse, and work everyday to change your thinking to positive, and receive the tremendous rewards for doing so.
Athletes train and practice everyday, so that they become stronger, they move and react naturally when they play the game. They know how to act when something happens that they weren't expecting.
You need to practice and work on this everyday! In life we are constantly confronted with spontaneous situations. It's important that you react with positive and not negative.!
Otherwise, when faced with the unexpected, the untrained, unpracticed ones throw all their training out the window and act on reflex, the negative that you are comfortable with!
Thinking success and positive will help you in all aspects of your life. Work hard to become a positive leader and role model.!
